Shipping & Delivery
    Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Pello Boutique offers a simple shipping policy on all orders placed on our website. 

    Most orders over $50 ship free* Unfortunately some remote locations and heavy items will require a small shipping and handling fee. We hope you can understand.


All orders shipped COD will have a handling fee surcharge of $8.50 to offset costs. 


    Just because shipping is FREE doesn't mean it should take a long time. Pello Boutique understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. All orders placed before 10am (Atlantic Time) on a regular business day will ship the same day.  Orders placed after 10am (Atlantic Time) on a business day will ship the next day.  You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days after shipping. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship on the first business day after the weekend or holiday. Please note that extremely heavy and/or remote shipping destinations may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.  We will contact you if this is the case.

Returns & Replacements

    Due to Canadian Laws, hygienic standards and the intimate nature of certain products; most items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    All lingerie and undergarments, lubes, lotions, toy cleaners, bath and body products; as well as all adult toys and novelty items are final sale. Although we cannot offer any returns or exchanges for these items purchased, Pello Boutique is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction.

    Prior to processing and shipping your order Pello Boutique Canada will inspect each item for quality assurance, including battery operated products. Once inspected, for your protection, all original manufacturers packaging is re-sealed with a security sticker to prevent tampering.

    Please read all included manufacturers user manuals to ensure proper use, cleaning and storage. If a product becomes defective with use, the issue(s) must be brought to the attention of the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted on your final receipt.

    Damaged Shipments

    In order for Pello Boutique to accept a return for damages caused during shipping, a customer service representative must first be contacted for approval. Please see “How To Return Damaged Shipments.” Please note that if any security sticker(s) have been cut, poked, ripped or removed, the item is not eligible to be returned.

    Pello Boutique is not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. If a product becomes defective with use, any issue(s) must be brought to the attention of the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted on your final receipt.


    How to Return Damaged Shipments:

    1)     Carefully read the Returns & Replacements Policy to ensure the item(s) you would like to return are eligible.

    2)     Contact us at 902.620.8687 or sales@pelloboutique.com for a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number). Indicate the provided RMA# at the of your original invoice.

    3)     Carefully package the merchandise approved for return along with the original invoice, and ship to the address sent in our follow up email.
   
    4)     Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, Pello Boutique will;
            *Ship replacement item(s)   OR    *Process a refund at which time a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Payment & Security
    Payment can be made by visa or mastercard.  All transactions take place over an SSL high-bit encryption server.  Your credit card will be processed by Helcim payments gateway , one of the world's largest and most secure real-time credit card processors and discretely billed as INK P.E.I..  We do not store credit card information on web site servers.

Viewing & Tracking Orders
    You can view your order and order history in your online Pello Boutique Account. 
    Once your order has been placed you will immediately receive a confirmation email.  We will also notify you via email to confirm that your order has shipped.  This shipping confirmation email will contain a shipment tracking number.  You can track your order at anytime clicking online.
